Hey Gang ! Old Man Gromer’s here. Glad that you dropped by to this edition of “Programming”. Man, so much good music has come into the office I can’t keep up. 2012 has proven to be a great year for new music. Plus the the resurgence of icons like the Beach Boys, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, & Bonnie Raitt makes the music landscape that much more special for this year.

This show explores some of the new artists that I’ have a boner for. We will be checking out new works from The Young Evil’s, the Palisades funky folk sounds of Half Brother, & the beautifully eerie voice of Marissa Nadler. Plus, the new Temper Trap brings a new fat sound that clicks on all cylinders.

If that ain’t enough I was in the mood for the legends.Tracks from the last of the great rock bands Los Lobos. The new Bobby Womack effort, OG Mexican Gansta Banda Los Tigres Del Norte, & a ’64 classic by The Dixie Cups..
