There’s not much to say about emo/pop act never shout never. because they’re a fairly new act. Falling along the lines of The Rocket Summer and Owl City, never shout never. follows the same happy-go-lucky formula to make cutesie music.

We’ll review an album and let you know what it’s all about!
Motion City Soundtrack :: "My Dinosaur Life"
Team Montag or Team Conrad? Team Edward or Team Jacob? Team Leno or Team CoCo? I was always Team Hoppus! Ever since Blink-182 went on that hiatus heard ’round the world in 2005, Mark Hoppus dove into the world of producing.
Spoon :: "Transference"
Aside from Spoon’s great tracks “Don’t You Evah” and “The Underdog,” I wasn’t very familiar with the Texas quartet until I noticed their seventh release, Transference.
Ke$ha :: "Animal"
this kid Ke$ha has been dominating the charts! And we all know the radio is the perfect place to find good music, right!? Well, I decided to cave in and see what all the fuss is about
Vampire Weekend :: "Contra"
Though I’ve heard much about Vampire Weekend, I hadn’t actually heard the band until recently when MySpace premiered their latest album exclusively. Contra is full of pop and new wave influences, making it a great listen. Especially for when you’re out on a nice spring day!
Pinback :: "Autumn of the Seraphs"
I’ve been a huge fan of Blink 182 for years, so when Mark Hoppus started his own podcast, I was all into it. He discussed life and music, much like EnterTheShell.com … Only, ours is insanely better. At any rate, he took it upon himself to introduce his fans to artists you may not hear otherwise or that you would have to search for.
The Best (and Worst) Albums of 2009, According to Sara

Listing things from descending order of awesomest to crappiest? That’s too much thinking! But for you, ETSers, anything. 2009 was a great year of discovering …
Jay-Z :: "The Blueprint 3"
Did you really believe Jay-Z when he called “retire”? Honestly, rappers retiring is about as meaningful as Favre or Jordan retiring. At any rate, many people were stoked that “today’s Frank Sinatra” came back from retirement with the next installment of his catalog, The Blueprint 3.
The Almost :: "Monster Monster"
I’m going to be straight up with you right now. We are going to be venturing into a bit of the “emo” and “hardcore” compounds this week. But that doesn’t mean you should stop reading.
Florence & the Machine :: "Lungs"
This week’s album review comes thanks to fellow ETS blogger Mailo, who introduced us to this artist in the very beginnings of the Artist of the Week segment.
