After hearing “Written in the Stars (see above video)” every time I turn on a music channel I finally started to pay attention to the performer that, for some reason, made me unable to change the channel. Tinie Tempah, it turns out, was the gentleman in question; in his debut album Disc-Overy he combines clever lyrics, fresh beats, with sci-fi sound effects and a charm I can’t deny to make a fairly solid album. If you are looking for something different and have a sweet tooth for a hip-hop flair, be sure to check out Tinie Tempah. Oh, and did I mention that he’s British?…which makes him f**king awesome (especially when he raps in English-English and I have to google a lyric just to understand what he means, its like Top Gear made a rap album).
But don’t take my word for it…
